महाराष्ट्र आरोग्य विज्ञान विद्यापीठाच्या वतीने घेण्यात येणाऱ्या एमबीबीएस परीक्षेचा अंतिम पेपर फुटल्याची माहिती समोर आली आहे. यामुळे ऐनवेळी पेपर बदलण्यात आला. त्यामुळे ही परीक्षा पाऊणतास उशिराने सुरू करण्यात आली. वास्तविक अनावधानाने घडलेल्या या प्रकारानंतर विद्यापीठाच्या वतीने तातडीने उपाय-योजना करण्यात आल्या होत्या. मात्र, पेपर उशीरा सुरु झाल्याने एमबीबीएसच्या विद्यार्थ्यांना नाहक मनस्ताप सहन करावा लागला.

नागपूर आणि अमरावती या दोन परीक्षा केंद्रावर हा प्रकार घडल्याची माहिती समोर आली आहे. मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार एमबीबीएसच्या प्रथम वर्षाचा हा शेवटचा पेपर होता. मात्र, या पेपरला परीक्षा केंद्रावर चांगलाच गोंधळ उडाला. निर्धारित वेळापत्रकानुसार पेपर न घेता तब्बल पाऊणतास उशिराने परीक्षा सुरू करण्यात आली.‘बायोकेमेस्ट्री’ या विषयाचा दुसरा आणि अभ्यासक्रमातील अंतिम थेअरी पेपर असल्याची माहिती काही विद्यार्थ्यांनी दिली आहे. या विद्यार्थ्यांचा पहिला थेअरी पेपर सोमवारी झाला आहे. यावेळी द्वितीय पेपर एका परीक्षा केंद्रावर वितरित केल्या गेला. हा प्रकार लक्षात येताच तो विद्यार्थ्यांकडून परत घेण्यात येऊन पहिला पेपर देण्यात आला. मात्र, बुधवारी (ता. आठ) असलेला पेपर सोमवारीच वितरित झाल्याने तो लीक झाला असावा, असा संशय वाढला होता. त्यामुळे गोंधळ निर्माण झाला. अखेरीस वेळेवर दुसरा पेपर विद्यार्थ्यांना देण्यात आला. त्यामुळे परीक्षा सुरु होण्यास विलंब झाला.

50 परीक्षाकेंद्रावर बायोकेमिस्ट्री भाग 2 विषयाचा दुसरी प्रश्नपत्रिका

अनावधानाने अगोदरच उघडण्यात आलेल्या प्रश्नपत्रिकेसाठी विद्यापीठाकडून तातडीने उपाययोजना करण्यात आली. विद्यापीठाचे परीक्षा नियंत्रक डॉ. संदीप कडू यांनी सांगितले की, महाराष्ट्र आरोग्य विज्ञान विद्यापीठाच्या हिवाळी-2023 सत्राच्या लेखी परीक्षा (दि.28 ऑक्टोबर 2023 ते 08 नोव्हेंबर 2023) कालावधीत घेण्यात येत आहेत. राज्यभरातील पन्नास परीक्षा केंद्रावर या परीक्षा सुरू आहेत. दि. 06 नोव्हेंबर 2023 रोजी एका परीक्षा केंद्रावर अनवधानाने एम.बी.बी.एस-2019 च्या अभ्यासक्रमाच्या बायोकेमिस्ट्री भाग एक विषयाऐवजी बायोकेमिस्ट्री भाग दोनची विषयाची प्रश्नपत्रिकेचा बॉक्स उघडण्यात आला. बायोकेमिस्ट्री भाग दोनची विषयाची परीक्षेचे आयोजन (दि. 08 नोव्हेंबर 2023) रोजी करण्यात आले होते. सदर बाब लक्षात येता विद्यापीठाने तातडीने उपाययोजना केली. कुलगुरू महोद्या यांच्या आदेशानुसार राज्यातील 50 परीक्षाकेंद्रावर बायोकेमिस्ट्री भाग 2 विषयाचा दुसरी प्रश्नपत्रिका विद्यापीठामार्फत पुरविण्यात आली असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.

तत्परतेने कार्यवाही करण्यात आली

तातडीच्या प्रश्नपत्रिका बदलण्यामुळे परीक्षा पुढे ढकलण्याचा प्रसंग टाळण्यात आला. परीक्षा प्रक्रियेत अडचणी निर्माण होऊ नयेत तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांचे शैक्षणिक नुकसान होऊ नये यासाठी विद्यापीठाकडून तत्परतेने कार्यवाही करण्यात आली होती. एम.बी.बी.एस-2019च्या अभ्यासक्रमाच्या परीक्षेकरीता राज्यभरातील एकूण 8395 विद्यार्थी प्रविष्ट झाले आहेत. सदर परीक्षा केंद्रावर घडलेल्या घटनेबाबत विद्यापीठामार्फत चौकशी करण्यात येत आहे.

प्राचार्य डॉ. राहुल मस्के हे सिल्लोड शिक्षण संस्थेचे सचिव असून ते डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर मराठवाडा विद्यापीठाचे माजी अधिसभा सदस्य आहेत. तसेच त्यांनी व्यवस्थापन परिषद व स्थायी समितीचे सदस्य म्हणूनही काम केले आहे. सद्या ते नालंदा मॅनेजमेंट महाविद्यालयाचे प्रायार्य म्हणून कार्यरत आहेत. त्यांचा सामाजिक व शैक्षणिक क्षेत्रातील अनुभव मोठा असल्यामुळेच त्यांची फुले-शाहू-आंबेडकरी साहित्य संमेलनाच्या स्वागताध्यक्षपदी निवड परिषदेचे मार्गदर्शक डॉ. ऋषीकेश कांबळे तसेच डॉ. मोहन सौंदर्य, डॉ. बाळासाहेब लिहिणार, डॉ. युवराज धबडगे, डॉ. मिलिंद वाव्हळे, डॉ. बाळासाहेब गायकवाड, डॉ. सुधाकर नवसागर, प्रा. दिनेश मगरे यांनी केली आहे.

विद्यापीठ अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) च्या वतीने प्राध्यापक होण्यासाठी बंधनकारक असलेली राष्ट्रीय पात्रता परीक्षा (नेट ) अर्थात यूजीसी नेट-२०२३ ही परीक्षा देशभरातील ८२ विषयांत घेण्यात येणार आहे. त्यासाठी २८ ऑक्टोबरपर्यंत उमेदवार ऑनलाइन अर्ज करु शकतील. त्यानंतर ६ डिसेंबरपासून परीक्षा सुरू होणार आहे, अशी माहिती राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण एजन्सी (एनटीए) ने दिली आहे.

राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण एजन्सीने जाहीर केलेल्या अधिसूचनेनुसार, यूजीसी नेट परीक्षा अर्हता प्राप्त विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी आनंदाची बातमी आहे. नेट परीक्षेसाठी 30 सप्टेंबर पासून अर्ज करण्याची सुविधा उपलब्ध झाली आहे. २८ ऑक्टोबर रोजी सायंकाळी ५ वाजेपर्यंत उमेदवार अर्ज करू शकतील.

त्यासाठी ugcnet.nta.nic.in या संकेतस्थळावर अर्ज करण्याची सुविधा उपलब्ध आहे. त्यावरच विद्यार्थ्यांना २९ ऑक्टोबर रात्री ११.५० वाजेपर्यंत परीक्षा शुल्क भरता येईल.  परीक्षा शुल्क ११५० सर्वसाधारण प्रवर्ग ६०० इडब्ल्यूडीएस, ओबीसी ३२५ एससी, एसटी आणि तृतीयपंथी असे असेल.  नोव्हेंबरच्या शेवटच्या आठवड्यात एनटीएद्वारे परीक्षा केंद्रांची घोषणा केली जाईल. विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रवेशपत्र हे डिसेंबरमध्ये उपलब्ध होणार आहे. त्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्यांना ते संकेतस्थळावरून डाऊनलोड करण्याची सुविधा देण्यात येईल. दरम्यान, उत्तर सूची आणि निकालाची तारीख अद्याप जाहीर झाली नसून ती नंतर जाहीर केली जाईल.

३१ ऑक्टोबरला केलेल्या अर्जांमध्ये दुरुस्ती आणि संशोधन करण्यासाठी संधी उपलब्ध होईल. अंतिम अर्जात पुन्हा दुरुस्तीची संधी राहणार नाही. दरम्यान, ६ ते २२ डिसेंबरपर्यंत परीक्षा घेतली जाईल
